They are very easy to make. I used minky fabric, nice, soft and cuddly.
Cutting them out the size you like them to be, put the right sides on top of eachother. Stick the ribbon in between, making sure they stick out just a little.
Sew around, leaving a little opening for turning the right side out.
After turning, sew the little part you left open and done is your taggy blanket!!
