I'm a little behind with updating this blog, life is just too busy ;)
Anyhow, the week leading up to Easter we've done some fun bible and art work.
We followed the activities from the jouneytojosie.blogspot.com blog.

On Monday we made tombs from crescent dough, that was much fun.
The kids faces when they saw the empty "tombs" were priceless.
We rolled out the crescent dough
Cut them into squares
Rolled a marshmallow into egg (oil) and cinnamon sugar (herbs)
Then folded them into the dough (linen)
Put them into the oven for 20 minutes and this is what we got
Isn't that neat!?
Friday we made a table piece with earth, crosses and the tomb
On Easter Sunday the grass already started to sprout
This was a week later
